2. Prices

Our prices remain stable for one year, after which they may be adjusted to reflect changes in the general market price of stainless steel. At the end of each financial year, instrument prices are reviewed and revised based on fluctuations in raw material costs and the value of skilled craftsmanship, ensuring fair and transparent pricing for our customers.

3. Terms of Payment

• Payment Terms for New Customers:
  Typically Advance Payment or Letter of Credit (L/C) is required.
• Revised Payment Terms:
  After one year of successful business, payment terms may change to Cash Against Documents (CAD) or another mutually agreed method.
• Pricing Currency & Terms:
  All quoted prices are in USD, EUR, or GBP, on an FOB basis, unless otherwise specified.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

• Minimum Order Value:
  Orders start at a minimum of USD 1,000 to ensure efficient processing.
• Bulk Manufacturing:
  MOQs may apply if requested items are not available in stock.
• Typical MOQ Ranges:
  • 1,000–5,000 pieces for non-sterile products
  • 500–1,000 pieces for sterile products

5. Delivery Time

Items currently in stock are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation, ensuring prompt delivery whenever possible. For products requiring new production, lead times generally range from 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity and type of instrument ordered. However, for customers placing regular or repeat orders, we strive to streamline production schedules and reduce lead times to meet their ongoing supply needs efficiently.
