Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective export strategies to expand international sales.
• Manage the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients.
• Resolve any issues related to international shipments and customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelors
• Proven experience of 4-5 years as an Export Manager.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
• Married Females are preferred 

2.Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Use ERP systems to manage financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bcom or bachelor's in related field
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the surgical industry).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.

3. Admin

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the team’s efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage office supplies, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

4.Production Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and organized Factory Admin Officer to oversee daily operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth workflow in the production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and shift scheduling.
• Oversee the use of equipment and machinery, ensuring they are properly maintained.

Qualifications:

5. Assistant QA Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant QA Manager to support the Quality Assurance department in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing QA processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, preparing relevant documentation.
• Investigate product quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain QA records and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance (preferably in the surgical industry).
