The Gracey Curette (Fig. 9/10 – Buccal & Lingual/Palatal Angled) is a precision periodontal hand instrument designed for subgingival scaling and root planing on the buccal and lingual/palatal surfaces of posterior teeth, particularly molars. It features a specially angled, single-ended working blade that allows enhanced adaptation to posterior root anatomy, especially in areas with limited access.
