A side-specific molar forceps designed for the extraction of maxillary right first and second molars. The American pattern #18R features a pistol-grip handle and beaks with a distinct lateral (bayonet) curvature, engineered to align with the buccal and palatal roots of upper right molars when approached from the buccal aspect, allowing for optimal force application.
