The After Five Curette (Gracey 1/2 AF) is a precision periodontal hand instrument designed for subgingival scaling and root planing in deep periodontal pockets of anterior teeth. It is a modified version of the standard Gracey 1/2 curette, featuring an extended terminal shank that is approximately 3 mm longer than conventional designs.
